Returns

At Junkyard Dogs Boutique, we pride ourselves on quality items but understand that sometimes it's just not the right fit! At this time, we do exchange for credit or product only within 14 days of purchase. If you were mailed your product, the 14 days starts from when the tracking states you received your item(s). Purchases made between November 26th and December 22nd (holiday purchases)  have an extended exchange window and the process above applies until January 25, 20XX.
To initiate the process, simply contact us at junkyarddogsboutique@gmail.com or through the Facebook page and let us know what went wrong & if you would like credit or a replacement. If you choose store credit, it will be emailed to you (in the form of a gift card) after the returned item has been received. If you choose a replacement item, it will be mailed once the return item has been received.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. We ask that you utilize the mailer bag or box that was sent to you. 
Sale items, Clearance items, and underwear/swim-type items are final sale, no exchanges or refunds.
In cases of damage during shipping, please contact us as the above may not apply.
ALL PREORDER SALES ARE FINAL: each item is inspected before it is shipped out. 
Ultimately, we strive to resolve any issues quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at neweldon12@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at junkyarddogsboutique@gmail.com 

Shipping to return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Shipping Policy 

Junkyard Dogs Boutique is NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you.

If you feel you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately junkyarddogsboutique@gmail.com.

Junkyard Dogs Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen shipments and incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

  • Once an order has left our facility we are no longer responsible for shipping times, delays, loss or damages due to the carrier.
